This is a project I totally forgot to take screenshots during so here is the last few steps at had saved on my hard drive!

Here is the final one I posted. Not realizing I forgot to put the r in Catherine's until they showed up to my house. So here is the finished product I am going to reprint. 

Totaling wasting $30 sucked but knowing I get a good product is worth getting another 10 with the correct spelling to hand out to our seniors on senior day in a couple weeks.
